The information we hold, and why.
Treasure House collects information you choose to give us: the details you enter into a form on this site — your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in a message — and the information required to process a gift.

Donations
Donations are processed by Blackbaud, not by Treasure House. When you give, you are entering your payment details into Blackbaud's hosted form on Blackbaud's servers. We receive the donation record — your name, contact details, the amount and the designation — but we never see or store your card number.

Forms
Volunteer applications, Young Professionals Board applications, contact messages and newsletter sign-ups are handled by JotForm. Submissions go to the Treasure House staff member responsible for that area and are kept in our records.

Website analytics
This site uses analytics to understand which pages people read and how they arrive. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.
What we do with it, and what we don't.
We use your information to respond to you, to process and acknowledge gifts, to send the updates you asked for, and to meet our reporting obligations as a 501(c)(3) and as a subrecipient of Federal Transit Administration Section 5310 funds.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make the above work — Blackbaud for giving, JotForm for forms — and where the law requires it.
You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time, through the unsubscribe link in any message or by writing to info@treasurehouse.org.
Access, correction and deletion.
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Donation records we are required to retain for tax and audit purposes are the exception, and we will tell you when that applies.
Which state privacy rights Treasure House must honour is a question for counsel. Arizona has no comprehensive consumer privacy statute as of this draft, but donors and families write in from everywhere.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Residents are adults.
