The Young Professionals Board raises money, secures sponsorships, and plans the events that fund Treasure House. Members are 21 to 40. Some of them are residents.

The board that started Treasure House in 2018 did it by building relationships one at a time.
Treasure House raises about $60,000 a year for every resident, and most of it comes in at events. That is the work: find the sponsors, help plan the events, and explain the model to people who have never heard of it.

Leadership development
Three of the fifteen members are Treasure House residents. They raise money and plan events for the place they live.
Same seat as everyone else on the board, same commitments: eight meetings a year, three events, the code of ethics. Naming residents as board members needs confirmed consent from the residents and their guardians before this publishes.

Members come from the City of Mesa, Arizona State, PetSmart, Edward Jones, and Treasure House itself.
